FiveGoMad Pop Up Menu
As promised we have finalised the menu for our supper club of 2nd March. We will be cooking a vegetarian option (V) for some of the courses. So here it goes:
Parmesan crisps with goat cheese mousse for nibbles.
Gazpacho with iced vodka
Terrine of pork, apricot & pistachio
Terrine of sweet potato & celery with dill cream cheese (V)
Rack of Lamb with parsnip puree
Galette of tomato with olives, roasted peppers,
roasted garlic and herbs (V)
There will be the option of cheese after pudding for a small additional cost if you are still peckish!
