A bit of relaxation
Feeling exhausted by the kids and FGM's increasing work load I went and saw my lovely massage lady for, yes you guessed it, a massage.
I try and go every few months if I can. She is called Habi and works from her home near Hampstead Heath in North London. I turned up tense and grumpy and left with a smile on my face. She also does reflexology.
